Super clean and Spacious Rooms Above a Great Shopping Center

I found the location very convenient. I was close to the airport and also near Metro and tram lines. The beautiful mall next to the hotel features a supermarket. Pansy, Alberto, and the breakfast team gave amazing service. The front desk team, Michel, Javed, and the rest, were very friendly. I will return. The rooms include a microwave, refrigerator, electric range, serving dishes, bowls, and plates. This makes cooking easy.

the breakfast was a decent selection. it had the standard fare of pastries and eggs.
The room was not as clean as i expected. I found some hairs on the bathroom floor, it wasn't pleasant. also, the soundproofing was subpar. I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to relax and sleep soundly.

I appreciated the shopping center located below the hotel. It made buying necessities very convenient. My room had a complete kitchen. This allowed me to prepare my own meals. I found the breakfast fantastic. The variety of options was pleasant.
I noticed an early check-in fee policy that was unexpected. I think that the hotel could communicate this policy more clearly upon arrival.
